100 Best

Penguin Classics picks the 100 best books by categories in honor of Penguin's 60th anniversary. I have to confess I haven't read a majority of the books on this list.

I have read 28 of those.

Except, seriously, The Prince does not need to be called the best of anything. It is boring and impenetrable and BAD.

And I don't know who Bram Stoke[sic] might be, but he most certainly did not write Dracula. That would be Stoker. With an R.

Morons.

From a quick glance, seems like a list of classics and bestsellers.

How the heck did Heart of Darkness by Conrad make the list under best villians?

I was wondering that as well. Kurtz really isn't a villain, is he?

I was happy to see two Steinbeck books on there. He's the bomb.
