Keys
Have you ever noticed that when you leave your keys in another room and someone else picks them up you can tell just by the distinct jingle the keys make that it is your keys that are being handled?

I have not noticed. But kudos to you for being observant.
:D
Yes. Definitely. I recognize footsteps and the sounds of different car doors slamming too. But, this post doesn't really seem to bode well. Did your roommate steal your keys or something?
There was no theft involved, just something I noticed.
Aw, darn. No cool story?
You sound disappointed that his car didn't get stolen.
xD
Jamie raises a point.
What actually happened is my cat ate my keys and I could hear them jingling in his stomach as he ran by. That's how I knew it was my keys he ate.
I can easily tell by the sound who is coming up the stairs towards my room in my house. My dad makes a loud clomping noise, my mom steps much quieter but with constant tempo, and my brother climbs stairs with an erratic tempo and volume.
Way to show off all your speshul skillz, Matthew.
I just got back from a lake and am badly sunburned. Just felt like sharing.
Have you gotten your keys back yet, Ed?
I have not got my keys back yet. They moved down to the end of his tail and I've been having to stick my cat's tail into my car ignition and the front door. He has not been enjoying this.
Did it really take you that long to think up something that questionably clever?
