Supposedly, anyway. You can view the list here. I highly recommend the book by Vernor Vinge. Probably one of the best SF novels I have ever read. It won awards.
I have read 6 of those (I, Robot; The Dispossessed; Wizard; He, She, and It; The Sparrow; Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom), partially read 2 (Crytonomicon and Perdido Street Station), and am currently reading another, the Vernor Vinge one. All are quite good, though there are other books I might include on that list first. I am determined to get through Cryptonomicon one of these days, and never finishing Perdido Street Station was not due to me not liking it...I actually can't remember why I didn't finish it.
