The Haikus from our exercise

OK, here's my three haikus based on the Lord of the Rings. One for each part of the trilogy.

The Fellowship of the Ring

An uncle's gold ring
a menagerie meets
I'll go on alone.

The Two Towers

"We'll fight the wizard."
"We'll enter the Dark Lord's land."
"Hey look! Walking trees!"

The Return of the King

That's one huge army...
Let's challenge a bigger one
Four fingers, no ring.
