Wow...I havn't read any of those and only recognize a few names. Of course, they seem to largely ignore fantasy and science fiction which is most of what I read.
I did read "Arthur and George" by Julain Barnes. That one was a dandy.The road by McCarthy and the Terrorist by Updike are on my 'to read' list.I am almost done with "The looming tower." That's a darn good book about the history of Al-Qaeda.I also read "Mayflower," another great book.Wow, I feel so bookish.
