Teen Reading area update

I just found out that the area will be cleared out tomorrow. I am going to take a long lunch to get some bean bags today. Now all I need is a low Japanese type table. Where would you get one of those?

Hrrm, I dunno. The only thing that popped into my head was Pier 1, but that's hella expensive. (I don't have much room for new furniture in my 108 sq. foot room, so I don't go furniture shopping much.) Let me know what you what you end up doing.

I have this couch in my room that is currently acting as stacks-of-paper storage space, and that my brother has been begging me for for years. I think I should finally give in, let him have it, and buy myself a freaking table.

Another thought - the Habitat for Humanity ReStore is basically the furniture and appliance version of Goodwill. You're not very likely to find exactly what you have in mind, but they have a wide variety of stuff for very low prices.

There are two stores in Charlotte, with one that specializes in furniture and one in prices. I can't remember which one is which.
